RYNAN Printing concluded a highly successful week at Interpack 2026 held in Düsseldorf from the 7th to 13th of May. The event provided an excellent platform to present our latest developments in coding & marking, connect with global partners, and demonstrate our expanding hardware and software ecosystem to industry professionals. We appreciate everyone who visited our booth to evaluate and contemplate our latest developments.
For partners who were unable to attend the exhibition in person, this summary details the development of our software platform, new line of hardware products, verification systems, and latest formulations and upgrades to our inks & consumables highlighted during the show.
The Unified Platform: H-MCS (Multi Control Software)
The central development of our Interpack showcase was the introduction of H-MCS, our new software architecture designed around a unified operational principle:

The RYNAN H-MCS serves as a single, centralized control ecosystem capable of managing our complete range of industrial marking hardware. By eliminating the requirement for independent software platforms across different printing technologies, H-MCS simplifies factory-floor packaging line integration, reduces operator training times, and lowers the total cost of ownership in multi-technology production environments.
New Technology & Software (Launching Q4 2026)
The following hardware lines of i-TIJ, i-PIJ, and i-Laser are fully managed under the H-MCS platform, giving operators centralized control of all three marking technologies via a single software application. These product lines and their H-MCS software integration are scheduled for launch in Q4 2026.
1. i-TIJ Series (Thermal Inkjet)
The RYNAN i-TIJ series is a compact industrial printer engineered for standalone operations with multiple control options via H-MCS, enabling seamless integration into diverse production lines with reliable speed and high-quality performance. Our Thermal Inkjet portfolio has been bolstered with a smart printhead system architecture that provides enhanced structural flexibility and line redundancy under H-MCS control:
Smart Printheads: Each individual printhead functions autonomously, possessing the internal capability to start, stop, and execute print jobs independently without requiring a centralized master controller.
Local Storage: Up to 3 distinct print messages can be stored directly on the printhead hardware, ensuring uninterrupted production and instantaneous local job recall.
Configuration Versatility: i-TIJ Printheads can operate completely independently, or be stitched together to support extended print heights and complex layouts. Operators can also execute different i-TIJ models concurrently within the same line layout
2. i-PIJ Series (Piezo Inkjet)
Designed for high-volume packaging applications and wide-character industrial marking, our RYNAN P54 showcase focused on high-speed substrate versatility. Compatible with RICOH Gen 5/6 printheads and fully integrated with H-MCS, the P54 delivers high-contrast printing and low operational costs per print at maximum production speeds. At the exhibition, the P54 was configured with an integrated high-efficiency UV-curing module. This system ensures instant drying and completely smudge-free output on both porous and challenging non-porous substrates. An additional feature which was well received was having an in-built ink heating system on our ink supply system which ensured total control over the ink viscosity.
3. i-Laser Series (Laser Printers)
To address the growing industry demand for permanent, consumable-free marking, we presented our high-performance industrial laser lineup. Completely managed via the H-MCS dashboard to ensure secure product traceability across diverse manufacturing sectors, the series includes three target technologies:
RYNAN L-UV10 - UV Laser: Engineered for high-precision, damage-free "cold marking" with zero thermal distortion. This system is optimized for delicate substrates, including thin pharmaceutical films, electronics, and specialized cosmetic plastics.
RYNAN L-C40 - CO2 Laser: Designed for high-speed, high-contrast coding on organic materials. It is the primary solution for packaging lines processing paperboard, corrugated cardboard, wood, and glass packaging.
RYNAN L-F60 - Fiber Laser: Built for robust, permanent engraving on high-density materials. This system delivers crisp, unalterable marking on metals, rigid industrial plastics, and heavy industrial packaging components.
R-Link (Advanced Barcode Verification System)
To provide automated quality assurance on the production line, we also featured the R-Link barcode verification system. R-Link integrates directly into packaging workflows to verify print accuracy immediately following marking operations:
Quality Assurance: Delivers reliable barcode scanning, print verification, and automated error detection on high-speed lines.
Database & Duplicate Verification: Cross-references active print outputs against databases to instantly identify duplicate codes or sequential tracking errors.
Easy Integration: Built to fit seamlessly into existing infrastructures, R-Link provides full, native compatibility with all R-Series models and Cognex cameras.
Inks & Consumables (Available Now)
In addition to our upcoming hardware lines, we presented our latest high-performance inks. Unlike the hardware lineup, these ink formulations are fully commercialized and immediately available for order. A couple of standouts were:
Brady 1" Cartridges: Engineered to deliver double the standard print height of traditional Brady cartridges and expanding wide-area cartridge capabilities through Sedona & Denali cartridges. These new cartridges now come in an upsized capacity of 55-60ml depending on aqueous or solvent formulations.
HP 2.5 SoluJET Ultra 3000: The SoluJET Ultra3000 is a versatile, high-performance cartridge engineered for high-speed, inline or roll-to-roll printing. It delivers exceptional adhesion on challenging non-porous surfaces such as PE, PP, and OPP films thanks to its superior wettability and ultra-fast dry time of just 2 to 5 seconds. Built for demanding production lines, this reliable ink solution is both RoHS compliant and PFAS-free.
